At Sacred Breath, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention: Because we create using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur - this is part of what makes each item beautiful and unique.
We value transparency and integrity in everything we do. Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order to ensure each item is right for you.
All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, all sales are final. We're unable to restock or resell returned items for safety and quality reasons.
Defective or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sacredbreathsanctuary.com
We will gladly review the issue and prioritize re-sending or replacing any missing or damaged products.
Out of Stock Items:
In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may offer a refund or replacement with a similar product at your discretion. We'll always keep you informed throughout the process.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Refunds are handled case by case and are only issued if a product is deemed unsatisfactory due to an error on our part. If
approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note: timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Refused or Returned Packages:
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customer refusal will not be refunded.
